I can’t take credit for this recipe, but I can vouch for how good it is. It’s from my sister’s friend, Anna. If you have some bananas that look like they need to be retired to the trash, then that’s the perfect time to make this bread. The older the banana, the better because it makes the bread sweeter.
- 1/4 cup margarine/butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 cups Bisquick
- 2 eggs
- 2-3 crushed bananas (2 big or 3 small)
- Cream margarine/butter, sugar, and other ingredients.
- Lightly spray loaf pan on bottom and sides. Pour batter inside.
Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes. After the first 40 minutes, remove from oven and place foil overtop for the remaining 10 min., so the top doesn’t burn.
